I enjoyed this volume！ I'm so glad Nishinoya and Asahi got introduced， and not gonna lie， Noya with his hair done is really se- AH NO WTF HE'S A FICTIONAL CHARACTEROkay so might be a bit obsessed with Noya， but moving on。 Asahi and Nishinoya got a big spotlight， as well as the quick attack！ The art was really good， as always， and the characters overall （other than Asahi and Noya） were well written， a lot of mangas always change up the personalities of certain characters， which honestly pisses me I enjoyed this volume！ I'm so glad Nishinoya and Asahi got introduced， and not gonna lie， Noya with his hair done is really se- AH NO WTF HE'S A FICTIONAL CHARACTEROkay so might be a bit obsessed with Noya， but moving on。 Asahi and Nishinoya got a big spotlight， as well as the quick attack！ The art was really good， as always， and the characters overall （other than Asahi and Noya） were well written， a lot of mangas always change up the personalities of certain characters， which honestly pisses me off， but that doesn't happen in Haikyu so I'm so glad！Don't skip out on this volume， especially if you want to simp over Noya 🥵🥵🥵 GOD I'LL STOP 。。。more

5/5🌟De los tres tomos que leí hasta ahora fue el que más me hizo reir。 Como me encanta cuando pasa eso。Este tomo se centra por una parte en el anhelante regreso de Asahi y Nishinoya al equipo y la expectativa del campamento de entrenamiento que van a tener， en el cual se enfrentaran en un partido de practica a su rival de los viejos tiempos: Nekoma。Hay mas desarrollo de personajes y conocemos un poco mas el pasado de los nuevos que se integraron y de los que ya estaban。 Pero la cereza del postre 5/5🌟De los tres tomos que leí hasta ahora fue el que más me hizo reir。 Como me encanta cuando pasa eso。Este tomo se centra por una parte en el anhelante regreso de Asahi y Nishinoya al equipo y la expectativa del campamento de entrenamiento que van a tener， en el cual se enfrentaran en un partido de practica a su rival de los viejos tiempos: Nekoma。Hay mas desarrollo de personajes y conocemos un poco mas el pasado de los nuevos que se integraron y de los que ya estaban。 Pero la cereza del postre son los momentos donde ellos se unen un poco mas como equipo， aunque obviamente las risas y los momentos divertidos lo hacen aún mas disfrutable。Divertido， alegre y entretenido。 Eso describe Haikyuu。Mel🌻 。。。more

This volume was solid。 Furudate knows exactly how to introduce characters naturally into the narrative。 We got to know about the team in pieces， letting the readers have time to absorb each and every character。 It was a smart decision！ And one I wanted to address here specifically， as this volume introduces a number of characters permanent to the narrative going forward。 （Asahi， Nishinoya， and Ukai Jr， most prominently）。 The flashbacks are well placed， and the drama understandable。 You don’t end This volume was solid。 Furudate knows exactly how to introduce characters naturally into the narrative。 We got to know about the team in pieces， letting the readers have time to absorb each and every character。 It was a smart decision！ And one I wanted to address here specifically， as this volume introduces a number of characters permanent to the narrative going forward。 （Asahi， Nishinoya， and Ukai Jr， most prominently）。 The flashbacks are well placed， and the drama understandable。 You don’t end up seeing one character that’s in the wrong completely， and the whole thing just feels very…human。 That’s how I’d like to describe the conflict between Yu and our dear Azumane。 Human。 Asahi feels responsible for not being able to carry Karasuno to victory， self conscious in regards to his abilities， and Nishinoya feels resentful towards him giving up （throwing away Nishinoya’s hard work by proxy）。 The resolution they reach involves Sugawara， roping him into some much needed screen time。 It was a solid volume！ Teasing Nekoma at the end， as well as adding to the roster of charismatic characters。 Additionally！ The humor in this one was fun。 The tee-shirts are adorable jabs at the characters quirks。 My favorites had to be as follows: （Kageyama-“Single Brain Cell”， Tsukishima-“Beta Male”， Yamaguchi-“InnVertebrae Creature”， Ennoshita-“One Time， One Meeting。） The jokes about Ennoshita feeling forgettable weren’t lost on me， and I noticed in Volume two Furudate actually forgot how to draw his hair for his chibi。 Solid volume！ 4。3/5 。。。more

I first watched the anime to this portion of the story and I gotta say that it gave me many laughs and kept me on the edge of my seat then too！ Enter Nishinoya and Asahi， things will get more angsty and fun！ Not only that but we gain coach Ukai as well。 This volume is lots of fun！
